Scope and ContentCartoon by Maro with two panels. The first panel shows two men, one labelled Slum dweller and the other labelled Unemployed builder. They are being held apart by a man labelled Rent, Interest and Profit. In the second panel the two men are walking arm in arm. Behind them the third man is on the ground holding his head. He is now labelled RIP. The text below reads: At Sheffield recently 1,000 workers, men and women, kept an all-night vigil in the hope of getting one of the 150 Corporation houses available.
