Scope and ContentIncludes a typed list about Sheffield-related resources, some small posters from the 1920s and 30s, including one aimed at Tinsley Miners. More leaflets and pamphlets relating to unemployment organisations in Sheffield, as well as handwritten Board of Guardians minutes. A number of typed letters between workers' organisations and the council, also between different branches and a leaflet from the National Minority Movement. There are a number of undated sources which include: a balance sheet for the Delegation fund and social, leaflets calling for worker unity, letters between Bill Moore and Harry (possibly Webb), also Len (possibly Hargreaves), and there is a typed text about Alfred Barton too.
There are other resources as well, mostly different pamphlets, booklets, newspaper cuttings and posters about Sheffield Unemployed and Unions. These are banded into years: pre-1914, a poster promoting a demonstration against unemployment, 1920s, about the Poor Law and Scales of Relief, 1930s, about Sheffield Women's unemployment and the NUWM, 1970s, looking at youth unemployment and 1980s, discussing Thatcher and Tory policies. In the box there is a pin from 1954 which says 'Internationaler Befreiungstag'.
